These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the GAM Ad Inserter WordPress Plugin, including all related services, software, documentation, integrations, and website content operated by Magicbid Global Private Limited, located at 2nd Floor, Unit No 236, Tower B3, Spaze i-Tech Park, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana 122018, India. By installing, accessing, or using the plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
GAM Ad Inserter is a WordPress plugin designed to enable publishers to integrate, manage, and deploy Google Ad Manager advertising formats across WordPress websites without requiring manual coding. The plugin facilitates implementation of various ad formats including display banners, anchor ads, sticky placements, interstitial formats, and other supported inventory configurations through Google Ad Manager integration.
You must be legally capable of entering binding agreements within your jurisdiction to use this plugin. By using the plugin, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have administrative authority over the website where the plugin is deployed, and comply with all applicable advertising, monetization, and data governance regulations relevant to your region and audience.
Certain features may require account creation or authentication through our platform. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain login confidentiality, and remain responsible for all activity conducted through their account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain misleading or incomplete information or accounts associated with suspicious or abusive activity.
The plugin requires Google OAuth authorization to connect with Google Ad Manager. By granting access, users authorize retrieval of GAM configuration and reporting data required to enable ad delivery and monetization functionality. This may include ad units, creatives, line items, order data, reporting insights, and network identifiers. We do not access or store Google account passwords. Access permissions may be revoked at any time through the user’s Google account security settings.
The plugin is licensed, not sold. Installation and usage rights are limited to websites owned, operated, or managed by the license holder or their authorized clients. Unauthorized redistribution, sublicensing, resale, reverse engineering, public distribution, or replication of the plugin software is strictly prohibited. Use of the plugin must remain within the scope of legitimate monetization and ad management purposes.
Agencies, developers, consultants, and monetization service providers may deploy the plugin on client websites solely for operational management, ad integration, or monetization support. Such deployments must remain under valid authorization and may not involve reselling, repackaging, sublicensing, or distributing the plugin as an independent commercial product or service.
Users agree not to use the plugin for fraudulent, deceptive, or policy-violating activities. This includes invalid traffic generation, impression inflation, click fraud, manipulative ad placements, misrepresentation of inventory, or monetization of prohibited content categories. Users must comply with Google Publisher Policies, Google Ad Manager guidelines, and all applicable advertising standards. Any misuse, abuse, or policy violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of plugin access.
The plugin integrates with third-party platforms including Google Ad Manager and related advertising systems. Users remain solely responsible for adhering to the policies, contractual obligations, and compliance frameworks of these platforms. Magicbid Global Private Limited is not responsible for account suspensions, revenue clawbacks, delivery restrictions, or enforcement actions resulting from user activity or ad implementation practices.
Where paid plans, premium modules, onboarding services, or subscription features are offered, users agree to pay all applicable fees as communicated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, and we do not store or process card data directly. Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension of premium functionality or service access.
All purchases made for the plugin, premium features or related offerings are non-refundable once the service has been activated, provisioned, or delivered.We do not offer refunds for change of mind, partial usage, implementation delays, performance expectations, or unused subscription periods.
In the event of a failed transaction, duplicate charge, or payment processing error where an amount is deducted without successful service activation, the deducted amount will be automatically reversed or refunded back to the original payment source by the payment processor or banking partner in accordance with their settlement timelines. If users believe a transaction error has occurred, they may contact our support team for investigation and reconciliation assistance.
We provide onboarding assistance, documentation, and technical guidance to facilitate plugin deployment. However, users remain responsible for ad configuration accuracy, compliance implementation, and monetization outcomes. Revenue performance, CPMs, fill rates, and advertiser demand depend on external market factors beyond our control. Users may voluntarily provide administrative access credentials for troubleshooting purposes, though temporary access credentials are recommended.
We may release updates, patches, enhancements, and compatibility improvements periodically. While we strive for broad compatibility, we do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality across all WordPress themes, plugins, hosting environments, or custom site configurations.
Plugin functionality depends on external infrastructure including WordPress systems, hosting providers, Google APIs, and advertising demand partners. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, latency-free delivery, or universal compatibility. Temporary service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, API outages, or third-party service interruptions.
All software code, frameworks, documentation, UI components, branding assets, and proprietary technologies associated with the plugin remain the exclusive intellectual property of Magicbid Global Private Limited. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magicbid Global Private Limited shall not be liable for revenue loss, monetization performance fluctuations, ad delivery discrepancies, reporting inaccuracies, policy enforcement actions, advertiser demand variability, third-party suspensions, or website downtime. The plugin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free performance.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Magicbid Global Private Limited harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, or legal disputes arising from misuse of the plugin, advertising policy violations, fraudulent monetization practices, or unlawful advertising implementations conducted through their websites.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where violations of these Terms are identified, fraudulent activity is detected, legal exposure arises, or payment obligations remain unmet. Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases involving abuse or security risk.
Use of the plugin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines data handling practices, OAuth permissions, analytics collection, and user rights under applicable privacy regulations.
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect operational, regulatory, or technological changes. Updated versions will be published on this page, and continued use of the plugin constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the plugin or related services shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
